Kaijie was founded in 2018. As a research-driven company, the company was granted the national patent of PVC/EVOH, PET/EVOH high barrier composite film in 2019, further deepening the research on new materials composite and stability based on the existing high barrier material and won the Jiangsu Province 2020 High-tech New Product Development Award.

The company strictly complies with the national requirements for the production environment of the drug packaging, holding coating PVDC, LDPE composite hard sheet production line and six-roll calendar PVC production line. All production is completed in the D level area, with the set-up of B level bacteria inspection area, physical laboratory, chemical laboratory, and precision laboratory, with advanced testing equipment, water vapor through the detector, oxygen transmission detector, meteorological chromatograph, constant temperature and humidity box, biochemical incubator, mold incubator, electronic tension machine, heat sealing instrument, one ten thousandth electronic analytical balance, etc.

Adhering to the concept of quality first and reputation first, the company introduced domestic advanced testing equipment to ensure the pass rate and stability. The company imported raw and auxiliary materials including PVDC latex from BASF of Germany and reinforcement and auxiliary materials from Nakafuchi of Japan, which are strictly inspected after purchase and put into use after passing the inspection. The workshop carries out production operations in strict accordance with the established SOP to increase the uniformity of products. After the product is produced, it will be comprehensively inspected and released before it can be stored and shipped,to ensure the stability and conformity of products across every step. In five years since the establishment of the company, there have been no major complaints, product accidents and no safety incidents.
